Our Brands

Why We Do It

Our Purpose

We exist to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner and healthier world. We fearlessly innovate in this pursuit across our Hygiene, Health and Nutrition businesses.

Our Fight

We have a fight on our hands. A fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right and not a privilege. Information and products that promote good health and hygiene are daily necessities for us all.

Our Compass

Our compass guides us. We use it to navigate the way we need to behave as individuals, as teams, and as a company. Our culture builds on what has made us successful; and equips us for sustainable growth so that we may continue to protect, heal and nurture the generations to come.

Responsibility

Making a Difference

Our purpose at Reckitt is to make a difference, by giving people innovative solutions for healthier lives and happier homes. A key part of this is to ensure we deliver on our responsibility to make a lasting and meaningful impact on society and the environment. This is a global responsibility: one that we all share and one we aim to deliver right across our value chain.

But as the world changes, so do the challenges we face. Conversations around plastic use and organisational culture have entered the public consciousness in a way that didn't exist even a few years ago. Similarly, climate change and reducing environmental impact continue to climb the agenda, while the focus on health & safety and human rights remains as important as ever. These challenges are interconnected and they're intensifying. And we're doing something about it.

Sustainability

It is against this evolving backdrop that we've set out our sustainability focus areas:

Compliance

The world is changing at an unprecedented rate. We all share our sustainability challenges: they're global, they're interconnected and they’re intensifying. We understand that growth and responsibility go hand-in-hand. We're doing something about it. Learn More…

California Transparency Supply Chains Act

Ensuring human rights and labor standards are respected across our value chain is fundamental to our core purpose and integral to how we operate as a business. Our public policies concerning human rights, which include freedom from slavery and human trafficking, clearly articulate the high standards we hold ourselves to and the expectations we have of our suppliers and partners. We do not tolerate slave or trafficked labor and will remediate any violations promptly by collaborating transparently with all appropriate stakeholders. Policies are critical to addressing risks to human rights, but they are only the start. To reinforce our policies and standards, we have a range of tools to ebnable us to proactively identify, avoid and address negative impacts on human rights across our value chain. As required by The California Transparency In Supply Chains Act of 2010, we disclose an annual statement outlining the steps we are taking to tackle Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. Our latest statement can be found below.
